PUBLICATIONS

CONTRIBUTOR AND PAST EDITOR:  THE WCF EXPERIMENTER.

I started this newsletter was in 2000, shortly after the ARRL West Central Florida Section came into existence on January 15, 2000. I enjoyed producing THE EXPERIMENTER then. Upon moving to Gainesville in August 2004, I resigned as Technical Coordinator for the West Central Florida Setion and Geoff N1LGI (now N1GY), who had been my assistant Technical Coordinator, was appointed as Technical Coordinator. Geoff at about that time took over as the editor for THE EXPERIMENTER as well. Geoff carried on editing and publishing THE EXPERIMENTER until about 2010.  In 2013, with the blessing of Geoff, I restarted THE EXPERIMENTER.  However in late 2017, the WCF EXPERIMENTER again ceased publication due to my college class schedule and life getting in the way.

Since 2019, Jim Weslager K3WR, agreed to take over the layout of the content in this newsletter and we did the second reboot and it is now called the WCF EXPERIMENTER.

CONTRIBUTOR AND PAST EDITOR:  THE WCF PRESSER

In January 2015, after become Section Manager, I started a monthly newsletter for the ARRL West Central Florida Section called the WCF PRESSER to disseminate news about the activities of the ARRL West Central Florida Section.  I missed some issues in the time being due to my college class schedule at the time and life getting in the way.  In February 2019, Jim Weslager K3WR, who is now our Assistant Section Manager for Publications, volunteered to take over doing layout.  My part is to gather content for the newsletter and Jim does the layout which takes a lot less time.
